The first thing you have to do is write an article.

2. Now start at the top.
Your article will got noticed and read widely if it gets published in the better quality article directories, say, the top five or six. These sites get a ton of traffic. You’re going to piggy back on their traffic.

Version two is now ready to be rolled out. You did write it, didn’t you? If not, do so now!
The next twenty highest ranked directories is where version two will go. It may not be widely read there, because these sites don’t rank too well. But you are not looking for readers, you’re looking for backlinks.
You see, Google loves keywords and backlinks.
Good, well researched keywords get your articles found and read in the top article directories.
A ton of backlinks from the lesser ranked article sites gets your website noticed by the search engines.
You are now going to get… both!
To recap: First write an article, then write a second version. Make your articles as good as you can, and be persistent. (An affiliate reseller must be nothing if not persistent!) Publish version one in the five or six top ranked article directories. Then, publish version two in the next twenty lesser ranked directories. Rinse and repeat. Simple, no?
