Article Writing Software

Do you have a hard time coming up with good ideas for your articles?  Would you like a piece of software that will help you get your ‘writing hat’ on?  Looking for something that gets you over that mental block?  Then do we have a recommendation for you.

Now, a word of caution here.  We will NEVER, EVER, EVER recommend mechanical spinning or synonym replacement software, because we have never seen one that is 100% accurate.  And all you need is for some piece of software to insert the word ‘kill’ for ‘voted out’ in your sentence to make a unique version.  For example when a mechanical spinner takes your sentence from ‘The president should be voted out for his policy blunders.’ to ‘The president should be killed for his policy blunders.’  BIG difference.  Don’t laugh, that is an exact synonym replacement from my WordWeb electronic thesaurus.  An extreme example to be sure, but the last thing you want is unreadable gibberish and that’s what mechanical spinners produce.

Now, most of the submission services we recommend use spinning syntax software, however the big difference is that the replacement words and phrases are written by a human – YOU!  And that we have never seen a problem with.

So, now that we’ve cleared that up – which software can you use to help you research and write good quality articles.  To be honest, we’ve only ever found the need for one – and it is called Instant Article Wizard Pro (no relation to the Unique Article Wizard).  This piece of software written by Jonathan Leger is simple to use and does what it needs to without a whole bunch of fluff.  You just put in the keywords you are looking to write your topic on and the software gives you sentence structure ideas on your introduction and conclusion paragraphs and everything in between.

The software doesn’t write the article for you, But is does give you an excellent basis in which to create your own voice.  I would say that used properly, the software will provide 80-90% of the content needed and the rest comes from tweaking the wording by you.  All in all, if you don’t want to outsource your articles to a writing service, this is one heck of a timesaver.  Even if you do outsource most of your articles as we do, there is that urge to write one yourself every now and then, and that’s when the Instant Article Wizard becomes indispensable.  And at a charge of only $27/month, it is dirt cheap – and the first month is only $7.  Just the time you save on one article a month will more than pay for this software.
